**Overview**
 Custom buttons let you design interactions inside your inspection templates, triggering specific actions when clicked—similar to automations without code.

**How to Use It**

1. In the **template editor**, drag a **Button** into your template from the Action Buttons section.
2. Customize:
   - **Text** and **style** (color, bold, alignment)
   - **Clicked State** appearance (optional)
3. Set actions under the **On Click** tab:
   - Lock the page or inspection
   - Change the inspection’s status
   - Set a **Custom Status**
   - Send email alerts to specific users or roles
4. Optionally, configure an **On Revert** state for undo actions.

**Example**
 A “Submit for Approval” button that:

- Locks the page
- Changes the status to “Awaiting Review”
- Sends an email to the reviewer
