Activity Reports
VLX provides two convenient options for receiving inspection reports directly to your email: a Daily Activity Report for summaries and a Real-Time Inspection Report for instant results. Both options are configurable based on your preferences.
1. Daily Activity Report
Receive a daily summary of inspections across your teams.
The Daily Activity Report sends a scheduled email with a summary of inspections completed within your selected teams. This is ideal for getting a regular overview without needing to log in.
How to Set It Up:
- Go to Activity Reports in the left-hand menu.
- Enable the Daily Activity Report toggle.
- Choose the following settings:
- Teams: Select one or more teams.
- Delivery Time: Set your preferred time of day.
- Time Zone: Choose your local time zone.
- Days of the Week: Select the days you’d like to receive the report.
- Attach PDF Files (optional): Toggle on to receive the full reports as PDFs. If files are too large, a download link will be included instead.
2. Real-Time Inspection Report
Get notified instantly when inspections are completed.
The Real-Time Inspection Report sends you a PDF report by email as soon as an inspection is marked complete. This is ideal for supervisors, managers, or clients who need real-time visibility.
How to Enable:
- Go to Activity Reports.
- Toggle on the Real-Time Inspection Report.
- Select the Teams you'd like to receive updates from.
A download link will be included if the PDF is too large to send via email.
